FAQ
Common service questions
Answers about our landscape, irrigation, pump, and drainage services, plus system symptoms and local water guidance.
Before the service call
Know what can be checked and what still needs confirmation.
These answers are general guidance. A specific diagnosis or local restriction depends on the system and property.
Ask about your systemWhat services does All Green Irrigation & Drainage offer?
Landscape design and installation; irrigation design and installation; irrigation repairs, troubleshooting, and valve locating; lake and rural irrigation pump installation and repair; drainage design and grading, area drains, French drains, and downspout exhaust drain lines; and leak detection.
Can one project include landscape, irrigation, and drainage work?
Yes. Share your goals and property details so the landscape layout, irrigation needs, drainage plan, and installation sequence can be discussed together.
What information helps describe a sprinkler problem?
The affected zone, when the symptom happens, any controller message, and a photo or short video can help describe what you see. You do not need to diagnose the cause yourself.
Can a wet spot identify where an underground pipe is broken?
Not reliably. Water can travel through soil; the timing, affected zone, and visible pattern help narrow the inspection, but the leak may be away from the wettest spot.
How do I know whether installation or repair is the better option?
A system review should compare the specific fault, condition of other zones, compatibility of parts, and cost of repeated repairs. A replacement should not be assumed before diagnosis.
Are watering restrictions the same across Glen Rose and Somervell County?
Not necessarily. Rules depend on the property's water source, provider, location, and current drought stage. Confirm directly with the current responsible authority.
How can I contact All Green Irrigation & Drainage?
